Terms and Conditions for Booking to attend the evo Trackdays 2026.
Before you submit a booking for an event, please read these conditions ("Conditions").

General

1. The host of the Event is Carwow Studio Limited of 2nd Floor, Verde Building, 10 Bressenden Place, London, SW1E 5DH, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales with company number 13018565 (the “Host”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 

2. The event means the “Carwow hosted evo Trackdays 2026’” which takes place on the following dates at the respective venues (each an “Event”):

  • Thursday 7th May from 08:00 to 17:00 at Goodwood Motor Circuit;
  • Monday 18th May from 16:30 to 20:00 at Bedford Autodrome;
  • Thursday 11th June from 08:00 to 17:00 at Goodwood Motor Circuit;
  • Thursday 16th June from 16:30 to 20:00 at Donington Park;
  • Monday 29th June from 08:00 to 17:00 at Goodwood Motor Circuit;
  • Wednesday 22nd July from 16:30 to 20:00 at Donington Park;
  • Monday 10th August from 16:30 to 20:00 at Bedford Autodrome; and
  • Tuesday 8th September from 16:30 to 20:00 at Bedford Autodrome,

3. The Event involves attendees bringing their own vehicles to drive on track. Attendees may also have the opportunity to drive vehicles supplied by manufacturers or other third-party brands.

4. By submitting a booking for the Event you confirm:

  • that all of the information you submit is accurate, true and complete; and 
  • you have read and agree to be bound by these Conditions, constituting a contract between us. 

Eligibility 

5. To be eligible for attendance at the Event under these terms, you must: 

  • be aged 25 or over; 
  • submit your booking request at least 72 hours prior to each Event date;
  • have valid motor insurance for your vehicle; and 
  • have received written confirmation from the Host that you may attend the Event. 

6. Only one booking request and one vehicle per person is permitted at the Event. 
7. Please review all of the information you have submitted or will submit in respect of your booking before you complete the booking request. By submitting a booking request you confirm that all of the information you submit is accurate, true and complete.

Event and Booking Terms

8. We reserve the right to reject any booking request we receive. All places at the Event are available on a first-come, first-served basis and the Host does not guarantee that by submitting a booking request you will have a confirmed spot at the Event. 
9. In the event you are unable to attend you may substitute a suitable delegate to an Event upon notification to the Host at no additional charge; this is at the Host’s discretion. The delegate must confirm their eligibility under paragraph 6 above in advance.
10. "Fee" means the price of the Event as indicated during the booking process or as promoted in any marketing materials.
11. The Fee for the Event is stated inclusive of VAT (except where stated otherwise on the event website) which will be payable, in addition, by you, unless you are VAT exempt.
12. No additional fees, tickets or charges are required for booking or attending the Event. 
13. Unless otherwise stated the refund policy for your cancellation of your place at an Event is as follows:

  • up to 4 weeks before the event: 50% of the fee refunded; and
  • less than 4 weeks before the event: no refund.

14. The Event is subject to cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion. If the Event is cancelled in its entirety, we will credit any event Fees paid to you as soon as possible. If the time, date, venue or content of the Event is changed subsequent to your booking, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your booking. We shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from such cancellation or changes.
15. By attending an Event you agree to comply with the respective terms and conditions and track requirements for the relevant venue, being Bedford Autodrome, Donington Park and Goodwood Motor Circuit (each a “Track”).
16. We do not accept any liability for cars failing any eligibility requirements or being refused on track for any reason. 
17. It is the drivers' responsibility to ensure that the car meets the noise test regulations. If the car fails the noise test, it will not be permitted on track. We do not accept any liability for cars failing the noise test, and being refused on track.
18. The Host will contact you via email with a link to register with the relevant Track and to watch a safety briefing video no more than 24 hours before the Event. Failure to register and watch the safety briefing video in accordance with this section 18 will lead to a refusal to the Event and onto the track. On the day of each Event you must attend an in-person briefing. 
19 We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or vary the operation of our contract with you if events occur which are outside of our reasonable control and we shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, nor for any loss or damage, resulting from such an event.

20. Photography and video footage will be recorded at the Event. This footage may be used in future editorial and commercial content by the Host. By attending the Event you agree to images of you and your vehicle to appear in such content. If you do not wish to be filmed/photographed at the Event, please make a member of the Carwow events team aware of this at the beginning of the Event.
21. Any typographical, clerical or other similar accidental error or omission made by us in respect of your booking shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
22. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights shall remain the property of Carwow Studio Limited. You agree not to reproduce, sell, hire or copy any materials (in whole or in part) and not to use such materials except for reference.
23. We may change the terms upon which we make Events available from time to time without notice to you and any subsequent booking requests you may make will be subject to those changes.

Data 

24. By submitting a booking request, you agree that Carwow Limited (or a group company on its behalf), may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) you provide for the following purposes which are in the Host’s legitimate interests under data protection laws: (i) to enable it to administer bookings of this Event including deciding whether a booking request accords with these terms; or (ii) for any other reasonable purpose related to the Event. Liability

25. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Host, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Event except where it is caused by the negligence of the Host, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
26. The Host will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) any acts, omissions and occurrences in relation to the Event, including but not limited to: a) any postponement or cancellation of the Event; b) any changes to the nature of the Event; and c) any act, omission or default of any third party supplier.
27. These Conditions and the booking process referenced herein constitutes the entire agreement between the Host and you. By making a booking you acknowledge that you have not relied upon any statement or representation from us save as set out in these Conditions or as stated in writing as part of the booking process.
28. No term of any contract between us arising from these terms and conditions is intended to confer a benefit upon or be enforceable by any third party whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

29. These Conditions shall be construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
